While living in Highlands Ranch, I re-visited the protective shelter, in the same area that D.J. Braley had "accidentally" shot another police agent/area. This is the same one I would later meet in person, and have already documented as part of a racist, sexist, gay-bashing, hate crime group from Arvada's Mile High Vineyard Church.

Be cautious, F.B.I., D.E.A., C.I.A.and N.C.I.S.:  That church is a large, quickly-growing "franchise," very much like Al-Qaeda. That church and various Vineyard-"drug cartel/international terrorist-franchised" churches along the East Coast, have been started and/or visited by Deborah S.J. (the Costa Rican and Ontario, Canada, former prostitute and addict of the following drugs: heroin, cocaine, ecstasy/molly, tranquilizers, opiate-based painkillers, sedatives, alcohol and "sex").

She criminally stalked, harassed and tried to actually solicit me for drugs and to somehow aquire drugs for her. I ignored her and reported her to many people, including medical doctors, in a position of trust. Ask Nathan H., his Ontario, Canada law enforcement people, and Denver Metro law enforcement people.

There was a recommended, Virginia protective shelters list, a computer hard-copy/print-out, personally handed to me, in front of a light-skinned, un-tanned complexioned, Caucasian, male, uniformed, armed police officer, pacing quickly along the entry hall way. He had military bearing, pacing, then pivoting after 2 yards, very sharply, and seemed agitated.

He reminded me so much of the same U.S. Marines, who were holding those purple, two-feet high, phallic-shaped items right outside of my "A" school in San Diego, California that night. Maybe the two-feet high measurements and purple color are also gang signaling. I was also raped by that purple-colored ultrasound wand, that was exactly, phallic-shaped at Lakewood, Colorado's Cohen and Womack, by my own OB/GYN, medical doctor and the female ultrasound technician. Both were Caucasian also.

The police officer was 6', 195, muscular, medium brown, short, straight hair, cut short, military-style, approximately 28 to 34 years old. He came into the building about four minutes after I entered. He angrily and loudly ordered a certain female to be brought downstairs to him. The staff reacted as though this were a normal, regularly-occurring event and seemed extremely familiar with him. That's when he started this potentially, gang-signaling "pacing." It may be MS-13 body language, or a hybrid form of two gangs signaling or communicating.

This may also be two percenters, or those who wear two quantity of outlaw motorcycle vest patches, a form of two allied gangs being identified to one another without spoken words. Two feet after the second, controlled access front door, and pivoting sharply, after two yards sticks in length. Those two yards are in the center of the hallway. The fast, straight-lined pacing and sharp, military-style, pivoting which lasted for over two minutes. Then, he paused, looked at the left wall, and resumed for another exact bout of two yardstick in length, of pacing.  If it is gang signaling, then I would consider it to be MS-13, allied with those outlaw motorcycle gangs, especially the lower-ranking, or two-patched, two percenters from the one percenters' organized crime ring.

I remember speaking on the phone to an abusive, extremely sexist, and racist Spotsylvania, Virginian-area female (protective shelter counselor). That abusive shelter's phone number came from that same 10-page, one-sided, hardcopy/computer printout recommended by Brandon House. It may just be the KKK that frequently, and openly "own" that area, in Virginia.

I know that area, and have witnessed personally: KKK fliers distributed in the Washington Post newspapers, KKK members, and KKK signs for meetings/gatherings. This was mostly during age 15. I also reported that to many people in a position of trust, at that time.

I saw another lookalike from Red Rocks Community College.  He was a young, late twenties, 5'10, 190 pound, light-colored, blonde, blue-eyed, Caucasian, male (looked identical to Jonathan's drug dealer, with the registered nurse mother) in Laramie, Wyoming, at a large gas station also. This one had a raver hairstyle, buzz cut, with a few thin, neon green and blue stripes in his hair though.

For some reason also, I know a lot of identical twins. Shirley P., my Caucasian, blue-eyed, blonde, Falls Church, Virginia, next-door neighbor's boyfriend (the African-American one, with light-colored complexioned, former police officer, private investigator, who sexually harassed me when I babysat and cleaned for Shirley as a sixteen year-old) is an identical twin.

The other things I wonder about:

During my DEP/delayed entry program to the U.S. Navy, I was at the Seven Corners/Ross bus stop, going home from work at PetsMart. A couple times, a South Asian cab driver approached me, who looked identical to that one South Asian/former accountant cab driver in Melbourne Metro, Australia. With the Seven Corners cab driver(s), he/they tried to lure me into their cab(s), asking if I wanted to stay with him/them in their home(s). I refused.

There was another cab driver who was Middle Eastern-looking at my "A" school who tried to take me to his place(s). For three hours he held me against my will, in his cab, driving on the highways. I was leaving "A" school for Christmas military leave/vacation, and was able to finally get out of the cab, to go back to my hotel room with Steph D.,and my "A" schoolmates.

Updated: Post-ISIS Plots in Australia: A Note To The F.B.I., C.I.A., D.E.A., and N.C.I.S.

After the recent ISIS terrorist plots in Australia, I have to wonder if some individuals in Bayside (Hampton, and Sandringham) were also involved. I once worked with a U.S. General's daughter in D.C. Metro. Her U.S. General father handled the Soviet Union region, which makes me concerned of FSB (formerly known as KGB), and Russian drug cartels.

There were some lookalike people in Melbourne Metro, and Bayside to D.C. Metro individuals, that may just be related to that Russian-Aussie power-lifting gym (ask Nathan), not the U.S. General's daughter connection.

At the Russian-Aussie gym, I saw a lookalike to John Y., the Chinese-American (D.C. Metro) honor recruit from my bootcamp and "A" school. My son's primary school crossing guard was a lookalike to my British-American, elementary schoolmate, Jacob G.B. Also, I saw someone who looked just like a Russian-American schoolmate, from elementary through high school, Kira, in downtown Hampton, on the side of the Brown Cow cafe, close to the shoe shop.

There was my second gardener (not one of the lookalikes) that I called to take away my green waste (thorny fern weeds). He yelled at me, in front of Nathan and was with a Malaysian-looking female.

One of the many questionable cab drivers I've met, was angry at George W. Bush for the global financial crisis/G.F.C. He was a South Asian accountant, who claimed to be Indian-Australian. He drove my son and myself back to Hampton, from a kitchenware place, right after I moved into Hampton. I tried to use my debit/check card as much as possible, so check my Aussie bank financial records for all cabs/taxis.

Please pass this onto N.C.I.S., D.E.A., and F.B.I. I think these lookalikes may be part of the Russian drug cartels in Australia. Those drug cartels always protect terrorist organizations, such as ISIS. Also, they may be connected to having me raped at the Denver V.A. Medical Center.

10 October 2014: Two Percenter Gang Signaling

I joined the U.S. Navy's DEP/Delayed Entry Program. During that time, while working at the Seven Corners, Northern Virginia PetsMart, I was a cashier/stocker. Before each work shift, I counted my cash register. I frequently found it short by two cents. The person responsible for that was my lead cashier, a Caucasian female, who had a pet monkey.

My Caucasian, male, assistant manager there had sex in his office, near my cash register, next to the main entrance. I actually received a notice from the IRS, while at COMSUBPAC N65 about two cents that I owed to them. I have to wonder now about gang signaling, in connection to the "two percenter" organized crime ring.

While in the U.S. Navy, in Hawaii:

I lived in a place that was owned by a friend of my coworker, the U.S. General's daughter. Nearby were sexually-harassing, drug-dealing, criminally stalking, Hawaiian, young male, gangsters/addicts who worked at the Orowheat bread factory. Please try to find and drug test them. They possibly broke in and stole my son's baby clothes out of my car, after I was held at gunpoint by the U.S. Navy SWAT team, while at work.

That latter incident was caused by the 6'5, Caucasian, male sailor who bragged about raping male sailors on the submarine, his mistress, ex-wife, and current wife. He set off the command center's hostage alarm, and claimed that it was an accident.

One coworker, a Hawaiian, male sailor and Navy Seal candidate, nicknamed "Coconut Head" by my senior chief, passed around a nude picture of his Hawaiian, hula dancer wife, while on duty, on the watch floor.

When I was in elementary school, (including the Kindergarten through second grade, ESL years) as a student:

I saw Sonnie (Asian-American older male from my elementary school, Audrey's friend), with his friends participating in a gang fight with swords, nun-chucks, and Asian, martial arts, throwing "stars" near the church, in Falls Church, Virginia, next to my home.

There was a gang fight between the Asian-American and African-American gangs at the time. I was able to duck behind the dumpster, next to my home, to avoid their weapons. Those individuals participated in a strangulation game, that involved choking the girls, in the neighborhood also.

Fatima, a student/bully, physically assaulted me repeatedly in elementary school, leaving bruises on my body. Some of the elementary school boys were reported by myself to my Caucasian teachers, for repeatedly groping the girls' private parts on the playground. Some of them tortured stray cats, newborn kittens and wild birds in the neighborhood also.

The identical twins, Caucasian, male gym teachers were reported by a neighbor, who was a student there, for sexual molestation. The victim was in an L.D., learning disability curriculum. My elementary gym teacher pulled me into his office alone, and threatened me about that.

My Hispanic-American, female, ESL teacher physically assaulted a Hispanic-American boy in my class. She verbally and psychologically abused us during elementary school, ESL class also.

This happened while I was being abused by my Evergreen counselors for reporting the Red Rocks Community College assaults by professors and classmates, against myself. I reported drug cartel members of MS-13, and white supremacists who stole, used and dealt equine tranquilizers. This may also be connected to them.

I previously reported drug cartel in D.C. Metro for trying to recruit me for their South American-Asian-American, female gang on my high school bus. Victoria is the one who is their recruiter. Also, look for a Mexican-American, male, named Hector, the cocaine dealer from Ms. Jane's Earth Science class. I personally witnessed their criminal activities. Ann, from my movie theater job as a teen, is also known as, "Crazy Ann." She abused me at that movie theater job, along with other cocaine-abusing staff. They're all criminal stalkers. When I was a writer and copy editor on my high school's newspaper staff, I researched gang violence, race riots and drug cartels within the high school community. There was a Caucasian, man with long, brown dreadlocks who criminally stalked me, in Evergreen. He had road rage against Nathan and myself in the Blockbuster parking lot. He followed us close to our home. A week later, I saw him dealing drugs at the Evergreen Wildflower Cafe, and Little Bear.

There are some other Caucasian, male, Harley Davidson motorcycle-riding, individuals who match the profile of Hell's Angels and U.S. Mongols there. They also deal drugs there, so be cautious of that group. He (the Caucasian, dreadlock-haired man) and those individuals may be connected to having me raped at the Denver V.A. Medical Center.

I need to also record/document a white, Cadillac Escalade SUV that has criminally stalked, road raged against me. Three incidents in Evergreen, across from Elk Meadows, on Evergreen Parkway, involved that particular vehicle type, with a Caucasian, platinum blonde-dyed, medium-lengthed, straight hair, forties, slender, 5'7 female. She had light brown stripes in her hair also.

Another incident recently involved an African-American man, 35 years of age, 190 pounds, medium-complexioned, 5'10, in the same vehicle type. This incident happened in a different manner, where the man attempted to get me in his SUV. This also ocurred near "Kinkos" in Lakewood, next to Wadsworth Blvd, right after I had my car towed into the auto body shop. Be cautious of that man. He is possibly connected to the Evergreen, road-raging, speeding, Caucasian woman in a similar Cadillac Escalade SUV, both with dark, tinted windows.

There's a black, Mercedes Benz SUV in North Evergreen, that had road rage issues against me recently. It had dark, tinted windows, and this happened last month. Also, last month, a red pick up truck had road rage against me, next to the Evergreen Conoco gas station.

***The Caucasian, female L.P.N. (Licensed Practical Nursing) instructors also abused me in high school. Thao, a South Vietnames-American classmate there also abused me. Her father is a child molestor also. The Caucasian, female, Southern-accented teacher who taught my AP European History class also discriminated against me and shamed me for my U.S. military service.

My high school, New Yorker, Earth Science, Caucasian, female teacher abused me also. My high school, Italian-American, New Yorker, Journalism, Caucasian, female teacher had a New York, Italian Mafia family member that she bragged about in front of the entire class also.

U.S. Navy Bootcamp & Training School Study Tips:

For the female, minority enlisted:

1. Remember that you'll already be in the category of ranking in the top out of co-ed bootcamp (with Navy Seal candidates) already. Your group has already won the academic, and damage control/firefighting flags.

2. Also, you're in the category of being more academically successful (at least top two) in a co-ed, technical training/"A" school, even with Navy Seal candidates and nuclear radiomen.

3. Don't be impressed with the enlisted who fraternize with officers. The way to succeed is to stay after class, at every possible "enrichment," and admit to your instructors/professors if you don't understand the course work. They truthfully enjoy teaching.

4. Studying for two hours per day, every day, along with an extra hour after class of enrichment is important. This may involve:

-Flashcards with illustrated mnemonic devices

-Re-writing/typing up your notes on a daily basis

-Color-coded highlighter markers

-Starting your own small study groups

-Attending others' study groups

-Studying when you'd rather be preparing for the PRT, sleeping, or writing letters home, or polishing your shoes for inspection

***Try to run uphill/upstairs, do your push ups and situps with ankle and wrist weights, to cut back the time spent preparing for the PRT. Traveling to chow can even include running with wrist/ankle weights in heavy backpacking boots.

***Switch to just phone calls, not letter writing home.

5. If possible, travel with a military inspection kit, that includes:

-A mini-lint brush

-A comb

-A mini-nail clipper for nails and those threads hanging from any button holes

-Portable wet wipes, that can remove shoe polish stains

-Portable Shout stain-remover wipes

-An extra (wrinkle-resistant) uniform, pre-washed, ironed, lint-brushed, completely plastic-encased, and inspection-ready (kept in your lockers and vehicle) for those days when drivers may hit a mud puddle, as you're straggling/marching to chow

-A mini-shoe shine kit completely encased in two Ziploc bags (this should only be used near a sink, with good hand soap and running water, as it can stain your hands, or even your face for inspection). Get the quickest drying shoe shine kit.

Things That Bother Radiomen:

Having other radiomen & data processors :

-Deliberately sabotage I.T. equipment, or I.T. storage rooms

-Deliberately attempt to download the wrong messages to the wrong submarines

-Deliberately distract/confuse the officer of the watch by deliberately processing non-emergency messages as actual emergencies

-Show up inebriated, or hung over

-Criminally stalk their own coworkers

Prevention Tips:

1.  Get vaccinated, if possible.

I just learned that my impoverished, minority, disabled, repeatedly abused friends who are my next-door neighbors have again been re-victimized in the workplace (Blackhawk casino) and at their local elementary school.

Little, tiny, disabled, five-year old Tristan was moved to a classroom with troubled, violent school bullies. He is a disabled child, on the school county's individualized educational plan (I.E.P.), and already has been physically and psychologically abused by his own former school teacher at that same Eiber elementary school, starting the first day of Kindergarten.

The school cafeteria worker(s) only gave him four chicken nuggets after multiple peers physically assaulted him, with the fence as a weapon. They used the school fence as a weapon, so that's aggravated assault with a weapon (the fence), on public school grounds.

The male Vice Principal is actually responsible for moving him to a classroom with troubled, violent bullies, also. This is illegal, to promote and escalate further violence, as a way to discredit tiny, disabled, minority Tristan, whose already traumatized by these abusive school officials and violent peers. This is a classic example of social deviance, violence, disablism, classism, ageism, sexism, and racism.

Another little, tiny, Hispanic-American boy was also kicked in his private area at this school recently. This was reported to the school by Tristan's disabled, repeatedly abused, pregnant Mom. The poor, victimized, Hispanic-American boy can only communicate in Spanish, and doesn't know how to speak in English. That's physical, sexual, and psychological abuse of a very small child, whose also challenged, on public school grounds.

Reviews On Treatments For Damaged Spinal Cord Discs, Sprains & Calcifications In Shoulder Joint

For damaged/bulging/compressed/slipped spinal cord discs, calcification: indicative of physical trauma in my right shoulder joint, and sprains, I found that the following treatments were helpful:

1.  Lidocaine injections which numb the areas affected, by prescription, administered by a physician.

2.  The prescription drug, Gabapentin, which has to be titrated/gradually dosed to the level that's best for the individual patient. It's a non-addictive, anti-epileptic medication, but can be effective for long-term, spinal cord disc pain.

3.  Physical therapy is quite effective, but can also be more painful. I used Aleve, over-the-counter, right before my physical therapy sessions, and that did help also.

4.  Meditation, with breathing exercises from Pema Chodron's books were also excellent for staying positive and relieving stress.

5. Antidepressants can sometimes help with damaged/bulging/compressed/slipped spinal cord disc pain, calcification: indicative of physical trauma in my right shoulder joint and sprains.

6. I found out that it can be permanently painful: the broken glass pain between my left rib bones, both sprained knees, my sprained right ankle, the concussion: short- and long-term effects, my whiplashed neck, the damaged, bulging, compressed and slipped discs in my spinal cord, my eye's tear duct, my sprained wrists, fingers, and my right hip joint too. Even now, sometimes I need to elevate, rest and ice the stiff, swelling or painful areas if I do too much, physically. Artificial tears eye drops also helps me too.

7. Epsom salt baths and heat wraps have been useful for the sprained joint stiffness and pain also.

8. Therapeutic massage by a physical therapist who specializes in whiplash and slipped spinal cord discs was also beneficial.

9. Resting is very important, especially post-concussion.

Updated Documentation of Northglenn, Colorado, Road Rage: 9/25/2014

At 3:40 p.m., on 25 September 2014, a silver-colored, Plymouth, subcompact sedan, with a black painted stripe down the middle of the car was road raging.

Two young, Hispanic men were in the car, shouting and cursing at me. This happened two blocks from York Street on 104th Avenue, in Northglenn, Colorado.

The car's Colorado white and green license plate was:

The car was also followed closely by a black pick-up truck and both vehicles turned left into the Fox Run neighborhood.

I was picking up winter comforters, a winter boots gift card, and food from Pacific Ocean Market for a poor, battered, pregnant, Mexican-American and African-American family at the time. This happened close to The Center For People With Disabilities. I've been harassed multiple times by armed, Caucasian men dressed as Thornton Police Officers in police vehicles in this same area. I'm a female, minority, disabled veteran also.

Your recruiter has many resources to prepare you for bootcamp. Here are some more items before bootcamp, but only attempt to do these after first checking with your M.D. family physician:

1. Memorize your rules of sentry or watch guard list.

2. Learn how to do a side stroke, and swim half a mile, non-stop.

7. Learn how to quickly dissamble, clean, and reassemble a rifle with professional supervision. Also, target practice with a small gun, at a reputable range, with professional supervision.

8. Learn how to safely carry, march and run with a rifle and weighted sea bag.

9. Learn First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator for certification, e.g. American Heart Association.

10. Firefighting:
Learn how to safely and properly put out electrical, chemical, grease and carbon-based fires.

11. Learn the different classes of U.S. naval ships.

Ebola Virus Information:

The virus can be successfully controlled by:

1. Establishing a controlled, no access or quarantine perimeter around outbreak zones for three months, to safely account for the 21-day incubation, or window period of the virus.

2. Wearing non-porous/impermeable gloves, full gowns, with plastic masks/helmets while caring for patients infected with Ebola.

3. High heat, and chlorine bleach can kill the Ebola virus, which can live for days, in liquid,  outside of a human or fruit bat host. It can be transmitted through washing human corpses (burial ritual in Africa), coming into contact with sheets or garments infected by the virus from a patient or deceased patient.

4. Lack of running, safe drinking water, sanitation, sanitary hospitals and violence towards health worker (civil unrest, fueled by drug cartels), especially in Ghana, increases the under-reported infection rate.

5. Those exposed to the virus are still allowed to fly throughout West Africa, which will complicate the W.H.O./World Health Organization's attempts to control the highly infectious disease outbreaks.

6. Unfortunately, there's the likelihood of the virus mutating, and of biological warfare/terrorism. The Zaire subset/strain is the most fatal, and will most likely be used against our troops in biological warfare. ISIS terrorists are probably setting up their own stockpiles to share with their many allies.

7. There are not enough West African hydration kits, protective hospital health workers' gear, or literacy to stem the epidemic. 75% of those infected are female, usually health workers/caregivers to the patients.

As I read my favorite book, "General H. Norman Schwatzkopf, The Autobiography, It Doesn't Take A Hero," I realized that it will require some federal funding here in Colorado.

I think we definitely need the Pentagon to coordinate, design and donate 5,000 quantity police helicopters for the Denver Police Department's riot control and anti-gang war task forces. They all need to automatically de-ice en-route/mid-air/in-flight because of the high altitude weather & altitude changes.

I believe they all need to be brand new, armored, camouflage, heat/thermal-sensing, infrared/night vision-capable with search lights. Also, they'll all need to be able to shoot SMART/guided tranquilizer darts that can quickly paralyze a gang war crowd/riot of up to 100 people for 12 hours.

Also, all these helicopters need to sense for dirty/radioactive bombs, biological and chemical weapons. On-board, please make sure there are adequate protective devices and outfits.

1. Those meth-faced, half-naked, Caucasian, large, young men in front of the Lakewood, CO, Wadsworth/Colfax Ave, Walmart entrance at night. They're no Rev. Jesse Jackson.  I saw them as I went to get mini-cupcakes for a poor, battered, pregnant neighbor/friend. At the McDonald's parking lot nearby, I heard loud shouting and a woman screaming for her life. K-9 police arrived, but I think some criminals were able to evade them. Check any exterior security camera footage again. More exterior security cameras should be installed there. Also, more female, minority, armed, private security guards should be there too.

2. That scary, Caucasian, 6 foot tall, 200 pound, 30 year old man that works at the auto body shop near Home Depot, Lakewood, CO, Colfax Ave. He likes to ban non-Caucasians from that area in broad daylight with his large, Caucasian, male, thug friends. I had an unpleasant encounter with them, right before Mother's Day this year. They also are no Rev. Jesse Jackson.

3. That Caucasian, male, rapist, "country doctor" and the Caucasian, female, Princeton graduate, rapist doctor who both sexually assaulted me. One worked at the Denver VA Medical Center too. Those ones are also the opposite of Rev. Jesse Jackson.

4. The opposite of Rev. Jesse Jackson are also those abusive counselors, including a Caucasian, Sufi Muslim, a Caucasian, Shaker and a Caucasian psychologist who told me she has an "alien spirit guide."

Relaxing to Focus, Using Both Meditation & Deep Belly Breathing

Count backwards from 100 to zero, while deeply inhaling through the nose and mouth. After exhaling, count backwards.

-Vary this exercise by counting backwards, at each exhalation, by two's or five's or ten's.

*Make sure to focus on your belly, expanding fully with each inhalation through both your nose and mouth.*

Tap on your dominant hand's fingertip, and trace initials into your dominant thumbpad for what you are thinking or feeling. Recognize, accept, and express your thoughts and feelings.

Then, resolve to look at a favorite, loving-kindness, or compassionate quote. One of my favorite quotes is on my keychain:

"Love mercifully. Act justly. Walk humbly."

Meditate while stretching your entire body, and assign a favorite yoga pose (e.g. tree pose) for calming/centering your mind.

-Imagine each temporary feeling or thought as a small ripple in the center of a large, calm, koi pond.

-Accept, realize and express to yourself that each thought and feeling are simply a small, and temporary state.

-Visualize that as the ripple goes away, the bright, orange koi fish become clearer to your mind.

-Count the number of orange koi, of varying sizes, at different depths and directions.

-Try to clearly imagine and count at least ten bright, orange koi fish.

4.

When worried, do a simple check with yourself:

-Ask yourself, have you addressed mind, body and spirit matters related to that person, team/department or situation?

-Did you also address those matters in a controlled, thorough & focused manner?

-Did you also follow up with those situations, teams, departments or individuals? Set up a daily to-do list, e.g. "Top Ten" daily and weekly priorities list, in order to prevent worry from growing.

Ask yourself, how would Stephen Covey realistically manage this situation?
