Make sure we do a federal fundraiser for nanochip, dirty bomb-sensing, night vision and geothermal-capable, underwater, security cameras in Colorado's caving systems. The deputies and park rangers can't repeatedly go spelunking for terrorist threats. It wouldn't be affordable or realistic.
