German Meatballs (giant muffin, nonstick pan)

German Meatloaves/Meatballs Ingredients:

Blend/knead together:

Ground bison, organic, three pounds

German meatloaf seasoning packet from World Market (1 packet)

German beer bratwurst, reduced-sodium, organic, sliced into 1/4 the size of a chicken nugget, 4 cups

German blood sausage, reduced-sodium, organic, chopped into the size of 1/4 the size of a chicken nugget, 4 cups

7 large eggs, beaten, organic

12 large, organic, red shallots, finely-minced

8 cups organic wheat germ

2 cups organic chia seeds

5 large, organic, red bell peppers, cleaned, de-seeded, stems removed, then diced into 1/4-inch pieces

4 cups spicy, barbecue sauce, hickory smoke flavored, reduced sodium, no high fructose corn syrup, or sugar, stevia-sweetened
