Datura metel and datura stramonium needs to be searched for in those prisons, including the U.S. military prisons. TTX, and atropine may also be distributed in those prisons. Can't some federal funding go to creating robots to sense for these chemicals, because it would too dangerous for K-9 units, even in chemical warfare hazard suits (with oxygen tanks) to do that. Those terrorists use nanotechnology to micronize lethal toxins, and weaponized anthrax. Their terrorist compounds and storage facilities with precursor chemicals need to be searched aggressively, with robots, not K-9 units. Those chemical warfare suits and oxygen tanks need to be redesigned with nanotechnology in mind.
