Who were around my Oakton High School, Virginian teacher's son when he was murdered? It was featured on Unsolved Mysteries, when I was 16 years old. I think it might be MS-13, Southeast Asian gangsters from the Eden Center, KKK, Russian drug cartel, or Italian Mafia-related. There were so many drug cartels in that area, D.C. Metro.
Also, in my class with the father of the deceased victim, there were four, male, student, Caucasian hate criminals who abused me. They were racist about the L.A. Riots and blamed the African-American community for Rodney King's beatings at the hands of Caucasian, male L.A.P.D. law enforcement in the inner city.
