About Plague As A Bioterrorism Weapon

It would be much safer to switch all our at-risk, Appalachian poor, to farm-raising USDA organic trout, cornish game hens, blue-footed chickens/poulet de bresse, alligators, ostrich and wild turkeys (not to be released). They're going to need the feminist, minority, USDA Organic scientists who grew up poor, to assist our economically-depressed, Appalachian communities.
