It would be much safer to switch all our at-risk, Appalachian poor, to farm-raising USDA organic trout, cornish game hens, blue-footed chickens/poulet de bresse, alligators, ostrich and wild turkeys (not to be released). That way the poor can reduce their risk of contracting the plague from infected squirrels, rabbits, and rodents. They're going to need the feminist, minority, USDA Organic scientists who grew up poor, to assist our economically-depressed, Appalachian communities.
