Dendrobium Orchids:
Water with 20-20-20 fertilizer, diluted to one quarter strength, twice every week, in the mornings. Let it almost completely dry out between waterings. Then, once per month, just use plain water. They like a winter time, evaporative pad humidifier nearby, at 60% room humidity level, and a slightly shaded, but sunny window. Repot every two years, with a couple inches of rocks, for drainage, in the bottom of the pot, and orchid soil. Trimming/deadheading instructions in link above.
***Don't mix these, when potting them, with Phalaenopsis orchids, which need less sunlight.***
