To Feminist, Minority N.A.A.C.P., F.B.I.:

Instead of housing those Caucasian, restriction, U.S. Navy, young male criminals I saw on U.S. Navy bases that I was stationed at, why not hand them over to African-American, poor, enlisted, Navy SEALS, and move all their belongings off base, into a federal prison cell?

If the Navy can't afford fair, non-corrupt, federal marshals to escort them to a real federal prison, why not have the African-American, poor, enlisted SEALS escort them to the appropriate places?

They could probably do a better job at securing those global, nuclear military bases if U.S. Navy, Caucasian hate criminals, in positions of power, weren't in charge of them, or repeatedly denying them safe, base housing, affordable, on-base, inclusive daycare for their children  and safe medical care. I know their trainers have been continually hazing them, drugging them, and sexually abusing them also. This isn't an isolated event, only in Australia's SASR training.

This will secure all Navy bases from these wealthy, literate, powerful, politically well-connected, Caucasian, swastika-tattooed, drug cartel recruiters, for ISIL. Compare them to my high school Mathematics teacher, Mrs. Ethel, an African-American, pastor's wife. None of them should be around any African-American pastor's wife, or any African-American teachers.

Go survey poor, enlisted, U.S. Navy SEALS on whether they can truly afford licensed daycare, off or on-base, that's inclusive and safe. For one infant, it could cost $900/month, or more, but not for evening, on-call, or rotating shift workers. At Budgeting For Baby workshops, they need to hand out affordable, inclusive, bilingual, licensed child care provider references, who have been approved by the feminist, minority, military law enforcement.

SIDS deaths of any military infants or veterans' infants should be given independent autopsies, with coroners, approved by the N.A.A.C.P. and A.C.L.U. If already buried, their infant bodies must be all exhumed for post-mortem, independent autopsies also.

***Those JPMA cribs, SIDS-prevention mattresses, bedding, and strollers/double strollers will need to be donated to poor, minority, enlisted also. Since most poor, minority enlisted can't afford nannies, they're going to need those infant baby carriers, because their infants will need to be brought into work with them, for evening trouble calls. Those U.S. Navy heads/restrooms need infant nappy changing tables also. Every single one of them, at every single shore command in the world.***
