The labor unions must be reorganized to effectively renegotiate salaries, and review discriminatory hiring practices on behalf of our female minorities, who are ex-military, commercial pilots. There needs to be an independent, national study of their wages, and projected job growth outlook, not run by the Department of Labor, which has to be reviewed by feminist, minority pilots within the U.S. Air Force and Navy. This will prevent strikes, which economically paralyzes our vulnerable, unstable, tourism industry.
