The energy poverty of Pakistan, India and Asia has collided head-on with President Obama's refusal to revise the IMF Quota reforms. The deaths of the Chinese coal miners have also not elicited any compassionate, American assistance to bring safer coal mining literacy and training to such a desperately impoverished demographic.
Those who perished in Chinese coal mines, in the last ten years, have to be given a $1 million U.S.D. escrow account, for each surviving widow/widower and child, for their estates. This must come from AIIB, to ensure their financial sector is fully committed to reforms in the Chinese coal mining industry, with a focus on reducing the fatalities rate by 95% in the next five years.
If that is not achieved, AIIB should be held liable for funding nuclear, slave labor camps, much like Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant, with the challenged children. Japan used illiterate, challenged, slave labor to clean and repair its damaged, nuclear power plant in the aftermath of the 2011 earthquake.
***On another note, there should be a Colorado Springs symposium on Asian earthquake construction for road systems, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, farms, dairies and nuclear power plants. ***
