It's time to invest in small businesses, by offering full M.B.A. scholarships, free business mentoring, free, secured, website development, free tax preparation, free estate planning, and free annual rents to the top 15% in Colorado Springs, which is economically vulnerable, with a high military demographic.

To keep the cost of living affordable for them, why not invest in the welfare of the U.S. military's enlisted, their families and small businesses? Also, if this had happened, it would have prevented at least 50% of the ISIL terrorism, corporate espionage and 75% of the drug cartels in Colorado.
