6,500 uranium enrichment machines will be too dangerous and difficult a number for the U.S. to track. It's going to cost a million U.S.D./year, per machine to monitor each one properly. Unless they can agree to place 500 machines per one location/enrichment facility, with each place, solely for Iran's personal nuclear power plants, than the deal looks too expensive for the American taxpayers.
It's going to require more money (2.5 million U.S.D./year) for the U.S., if we have to track nuclear fuel rods to Russia also. That should be restricted to zero fuel rods that Russia should receive, due to Chechnya's official ISIL allegiance. If possible, we should finalize this at a later date, one week after the June 30th deadline. It will be best to involve McCain, on how to nullify these legal agreements that Secretary of State, John Kerry knows are not fiscally sound for the U.S.
