It's true, and the female, ISIL jihadists include more than a quarter of its demographics. For every one male jihadist, there were at least fifty female child slaves. Many are kidnapped and indoctrinated into their radical ideology. I think they're recruiting from American universities, clinics and hospitals. The women are often posing as prostitutes, and kidnapping some of their "johns" for ISIL drugs, funds and revenge/vengeance reasoning.

The local law enforcement are going to need more search, arrest warrants at all the community colleges. The ISIL recruiting  types such as Gwen, and Roman from ENGLISH COMP II at RRCC in Lakewood, Colorado will need to be brought in with all of their ISIL recruits.

I think the colleges' faculties are  having more ISIL recruiting trips, with the textbook publishers. These "upstanding" professors frequently get away with date-raping their male and female students, just like the corrupt law enforcement in Colorado. Naropa University has a very high ratio of GLBT students, graduates and former students who were date-raped by their own professors.
