Updated: To F.B.I., N.C.I.S., & D.E.A. S.O.D.: The "49" Los Zetas & ISIL-Connected License Plates

I've noticed the license plates "49" in traffic on C-470 Eastbound, near the Morrison Rd exit, in the last week, around me. I think they're ISIL terrorists from Los Zetas, specifically the Cadereyta cartel from the Macroplaza in Monterrey, in 2012, who enjoy mutilating victims to death. Please re-investigate those ones, as they're here in Denver Metro, Colorado now.
