Thomas Nguyen informed me his friend, a former U.S. Army soldier, is deaf (in one ear). He's clearly a disabled veteran, who has served two tours, currently has two degrees, and is a security guard. He was denied his VA (veteran's) disability compensation benefit and VA healthcare rights, because of racist, sizism, and sexism within the military and veterans administration.

Please remember to interrogate all of this security guard's racist, sizist, classist, disablist, and sexist, former military colleagues, chains of commands, all current, and former healthcare providers. Also, please include  all of the Veteran's Administration doctors who adjudicated against his disability claims.

His DD-214 needs re-coding, in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act. The U.S. Army, disabled veteran has served two tours already. His claim, and appeal were denied (the latter with an attorney) in Florida. He will need pro-bono VA Disability Compensation appeal, and Social Security Disability legal representation, along with inclusive, N.C.I.S. investigators' assistance. Those who committed hate crimes against this disabled, minority veteran violated federal, state, local, international and U.S. military laws.
