This threatens the U.S. medical and pharmaceutical patents. The dot com, GFC/global financial crisis-inducing, culture of allowing our U.S. tech corporations to operate undersecured, offshored branches (especially data centers, financial call centers) that lack both physical security, and electronic redundancy has negatively impacted consumer confidence.
If a private mortgage owner is on the phone for four hours with Indian call centers, just to (usuccessfully) change their online banking password, that's a failure for the financial corporation. Please find all WAMU call centers in India, and fly in a team of 5,000 bilingual, feminist, Indian-American M.B.A.'s with a Cisco P.M.P. to revamp their GFC-inducing, poor customer service culture at WAMU.
***It's important that they receive six months of physical security training with U.S. Special Forces prior to arriving in that rapist-infested country.***
