To Homeland Security: U.N. Failing Tunisian Women, Children

If the U.N. wanted to truly eradicate ISIL, instead of helping to proliferate it, they would train the innocent, compassionate women. Instead, they choose to assist international drug cartels and terrorists.

The "apostates" that ISIL are referring to merely means those who won't participate in beating, raping and enslaving the women and children with them. That's their true, terrorist "religion."

They enjoy threatening everyone using the specific phrase "rain," because they also include American terrorists who are U.S. military jihadists and run ISIL "bootcamps" with "rain men," a reference to their U.S. Navy backgrounds.
