FBI Expanded Report Is Beneficial, May Allow More Federal Funding To Prevent Crimes

This will hopefully get more federal funding for crime prevention programs, especially to protect our vulnerable, latchkey, pregnant preteens, teenaged mothers, in U.S. inner cities. Their ability to have all their legal choices may be positively affected by the report's expansion.
