Senator Menendez' 68-Page Indictment Definitely Worth Reading

http://www.cnn.com/2015/04/01/politics/robert-menendez-corruption-charges/index.html

I skimmed through New Jersey's (D) Senator Menendez's 68-page indictment and highly recommend it. There's a .pdf link of the indictment at the bottom of the CNN article URL above. He was the former Foreign Relations Committee Chairperson, and that powerful position affects the way the AUMPF Proposal will/will not be expanded.

The main problem now lies in $8.5 million dollars, in U.S.D. for overcharging Medicare and Medicaid, a billing litigation against Dr. Melgen, his friend, not Senator Menendez. However, the D.O.J. must provide all internet authentication of any communications, related to the indictment charges, to the defendant, Senator Menendez.

When the law firm defending him receives that, they can proceed with his pre-trial investigation, into whether the Department of Justice violated the following federal laws: HIPAA, and Privacy Act. There must be a parallel, criminal defense lawsuit, by Dr. Salomon Melgen, to resolve the Medicare and Medicaid billing discrepancies for Lucentis overfill eyedrops. One vial was used to treat three patients, which is considered unsafe, due to cross-contamination, between the three patients who were treated with the one vial.

The medical billing software his practice used may need updating, or may have been compromised. As his patients are impoverished and challenged, it would be wisest for him (Dr. Melgen) to waive those two overfill doses of Lucentis from his Medicare and Medicaid billing. Also, his nursing and billing staff may need bilingual training in both safer practices and Lucentis billing (per vial, not per patient).

Dr. Melgen's multiple, foreign national, female friends/"girlfriends"/possible victims are going to need comprehensive, feminist, medical and legal care. It's possible they may have been sexually abused. Hopefully, they will each be able to receive safe, legal, bilingual, compassionate, proper, feminist healthcare and legal advocacy for any sexual abuse they may have suffered during their time in the United States.
