Updated: To C.S.P., & Homeland Security, Denver:

Please request federal funding for the victims' assistance funds on behalf of the Arapahoe High School shooting victims and their families, from the Douglas County District Court & Arapahoe County District Court, to allocate free, appropriate, safe, healthcare, health insurance coverage, and free, safe grief/trauma counseling from Ph.D.'s who specialize in adolescent psychology, to all the victims.

The Traditions Apartment complex will require a team of ten social workers, ten WIC nutrition counselors, and twenty VNA/Visiting Nurses' Association (who are breastfeeding experts) to visit there once per week. This must be federally funded, as neither county wants to cover these impoverished families, who reside at the very border between both Douglas and Arapahoe County. It's best to move in 500, female, minority law enforcement, who are single mothers into the Traditions Apartment complex, rent-free.

The wild prairie dogs and wild rabbits must be tested for bubonic plague and tularemia again. Please ask the C.D.C., and Denver Federal Center for the funding, training and supplies (testing kits) for those necessities, with the assistance of Douglas County District Court, and Arapahoe County District Court. This way, the federal government, along with both counties will be able to prevent and manage those public health threats more effectively.

***The wild foxes must also be gathered up (with tranquilizer dart guns) in the Tradition Apartment complex area. Please capture 10,000 qty in each county, at least, for rabies testing, and attempt to relocate the healthy foxes to Estes National Park with the supervision of the Denver Federal Center.***

***Please also sign up all the disabled veterans' therapy dogs for free rabies vaccinations, dog registration fees, at both counties' District Courts.***
