It's a good idea to petition for the U.S. military to receive both retinal scanners and iris scanners. It's going to cost a lot of money though, at least $10,000/50,000 service members. Please petition for that, in order for their identity verification equipment to be updated with improved firmware, Oracle database training, with vendor certifications, and bulk, software licensing.
***The U.S. Special Forces need handheld, satellite phones with both technologies: iris and retinal scanning. They should be issued two, one with the NASA airplane winglets' lightweight, plastic and another with a water-proofed, shock-proofed, exterior cover that can operate in the seawater, at the submarine level.***
