This is something that happened in the actual state of California, but I find myself cynical, after the L.A. Riots also. I hope that the hate criminals, who paid the attacker will be screened for violating the RICO Act. Many serial rapists are attracted to the San Francisco area to prey upon the GLBT communities, of many different socioeconomic, racial backgrounds.

In that area are Chinese Triad, Corean Yakuza, so many different Hells Angels, outlaw motorcycle gangs/one percenters/Warlocks, so they (combined) may have even been responsible. What common bonds they all share are drug distribution: meth, heroin, crack, ecstasy, Ritalin, Adderall, opiate-based painkillers, a serial murdering addiction, coupled with serial sexual violence against women and children.
