The associate's degree scholarships need to be awarded to ALL of our female, minority, homeless, U.S. Marines' veterans, who are honorably discharged. Also, if they can receive full-time, guaranteed, 40 hours per week, student internships at all federal centers with a Top Secret clearance, that will guarantee their economic success, and future employability.
