It's past time to fly in the Israeli Special Forces, Australian SASR and British SAS to conduct their own independent investigations, for preventing more terrorist attacks. I believe that the bomb-proof tunnel system has to be designed with allies' support, to show solidarity with NATO, and protect the U.S. economy. Every terrorist suspect must be retinally scanned and drug tested with three independent laboratories, approved by D.E.A. S.O.D. In Washington D.C., within a one hundred mile radius (including underground)  of the White House, all radical, Islamist terrorist suspects have to be taken to a U.S. military tribunal, and given harsher sentences: lifetime imprisonment sentences/death penalties.
