Why not find homeless veterans from California, to train as flight attendants and pilots? This would be safer. I always feel better if the flight crew have pilot's licenses. We should include male, veterans, who are GLBT, nursing assistants (CNAs), as our flight attendants. They need scholarships and federal fundraisers. Also, they need to have class-action lawsuits for any opportunity in that industry, or in healthcare. I know you oppress male, gay nurses, INOVA/FAIRFAX COUNTY HOSPITAL IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA.
