I see a need for more charitable Tok-Toks to be donated to the Egyptian elderly. In some places, they are a symbol of freedom: the poor elderly and pregnant women need them to get around still. They should be made safer, with seatbelts, portable air conditioning units, and separate traffic lanes, Tok-Tok bridges should be assigned for them.
