Saudi court upholds 1,000 lashes for blogger

Although, Saudi Arabia is our ally, I hope they will allow women to have more educational opportunities. For Saudi bloggers, this harsh punishment will only lead to dangerous riots, if they aren't given a chance to present solutions that the Saudi ghettos/poor may approve of, which can alleviate, or prevent social unrest.
