The Guatemalan drug traffickers and terrorists aren't allowed to continually human traffick, cause HIV, Hepatitis C pandemics, in crack-addicted babies, but the D.E.A. aren't welcomed, or trusted. The reason is because there's general corruption, police brutality in the U.S. law enforcement against Guatemalan-American females in/from the D.C. Metro barrios.
