The Colorado Governor will need to be in possession of $250 million U.S.D. for increasing and updating public transportation (wheelchair-accessible, with seatbelts: buses, trains, trolleys, school buses, more parking garage buildings in Boulder, Denver downtowns, fair-wages/quadrupled the current total financial benefits packages for all age 50+ bus drivers).

The federal government will need to be financially collapsed, via class-action lawsuits, every single hour, until this is provided to the state of Colorado.
