I hope we can get this program $5 billion U.S.D. in federal funding for this fiscal year, until October 1, 2016. Our combat veterans are truly our country's heroes. Each year, the funding should be increased 25% to address the extraordinary challenges all veterans face on a daily basis. This prevents the high suicide rates in the U.S. Special Forces' veterans' communities.
