There was a green, Solar City van following me at 1:45 pm approximately, on C-470 ramp from Highlands Ranch, Colorado and a smaller, flat bed tow truck with a "699" COLORADO LICENSE PLATE, light-colored, older car on it at Kipling Blvd and West Colfax Avenue, headed towards Denver thirty-five minutes afterwards. The license was 699-OLN, if I remember correctly.
