IF A POOR MUM, TRY LITTLE SPRINTS:

1. PARK AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, BUT IN SAFE, WELL-LIT PARKING SPOTS. THEN, DO A SHORT SPRINT TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE WITH YOUR WORK-OUT GROUP, TO PICK OUT TOGETHER, HEALTHY BREAKFAST AND SNACK ITEMS.

2. CREATE AN ATHLETIC WORK-OUT GROUP, SUCH AS A GOING UP THE MOTHER CABRINI SHRINE, WITH ANKLE WEIGHTS, WRIST WEIGHTS, MID-WEIGHT, HIKING BOOTS, A WEIGHTED VEST, AND A WEIGHTED, HIKING BACKPACK.

3. USE THE STAIRS BUT ONLY SAFE, WELL-LIT ONES WITH A SAFE, NON-ABUSIVE, WORKOUT GROUP.
