THERE ARE SLOGANS ON CLOTHING THAT SAY, "FRIES OVER GUYS." HOPEFULLY, YOU'LL POST A DRY-ERASE BOARD ON YOUR FRIDGE THAT SAYS "I NEED TO EAT RICE CAKES THREE TIMES PER DAY, PLAIN, WITH FAT-FREE, VANILLA YOGURT, A FRESH CLEMENTINE, AND FRESH BLUEBERRIES/DRIED CRANBERRIES."
OVERTIME, LIVING ON FRIES IS NOT HEART-HEALTHY. CHECK THE BODY WORLD PHOTOS OF WHAT CAN OCCUR ON A PREDOMINANTLY DEEP-FRIED, HIGH-FAT DIET. THERE COULD BE PLAQUES HARDENING UP IN YOUR ARTERIES. YOU MAY FEEL EXHAUSTED RUNNING UP THE STAIRS.
I REMEMBER BEING PREGNANT, AND RUNNING UP A STEEP, LONG FLIGHT OF STAIRS WITH ANOTHER DATA PROCESSOR/RADIOMAN TO A NETWORK ADMINISTRATION, TRAINING CONFERENCE. THE FORMER, FOOTBALL PLAYER FLOATED UP AT HIGH SPEED, LIKE IT WAS NOTHING.
I KEPT UP, BUT FELT ABSOLUTELY WINDED. I ACTUALLY HAD TO MAKE A GOAL TO WALK THREE MILES PER DAY, DURING MY FIRST AND SECOND TRIMESTER, TO STAY HEALTHY (PREVENT GESTATIONAL DIABETES, HYPERTENSION).
