THIS IS A SHRIMP CAKE, SIMILAR TO FRITTERS. IT CAN BE TUCKED INSIDE A QUINOA FLOUR/RICE-BASED HUSH PUPPIES, AND DEEP-FRIED ALSO. IT LOOKS GOOD AS A VIETNAMESE "CORN DOG."

***TRY ADDING FAT-FREE, COCONUT CREAM POWDER, MASHED, UNRIPE PLAINTAINS, TO THE SHRIMP MARINADE ALSO.***
