To Democrats At A.C.L.U., N.C.I.S., & F.D.A.: Elderly, Georgian, Male, Vietnam Veteran Execution Stay Denied

If he truly was bipolar, off his required medications, not a rapist, pedophile or drug user, then I hope he doesn't get a lethal injection. He should be in a veteran/military prison hospital (hospital brigg) that specializes in combat veteran complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, addictions, male menopausal" psychosis," screened for non-substance related addictions, which may be part of his bipolar disorder, and put onto a medication patch/internal pump system (similar to Norplant, in his biceps), so he can have a stable, time-released dose of lithium/newer bipolar medication.

Maybe he can participate in an FDA study for implanted, time-released lithium for combat veterans with bipolar disorder, co-morbid with complex PTSD. If he can participate in a carpentry apprentice work program there, to manufacture JPMA-full sized, infant to toddler convertible cribs (with stationary rails, three adjustable mattress heights, electronically, with an electronic SIDS/asthma monitoring device) for free donations to impoverished, Mexican-American, Catholic, law enforcement families, that would be more ideal. It seems unchristian, and against Buddhist values otherwise. What he did doesn't seem premeditated, although it was definitely capital murder/first degree homicide.

Obviously, he is a domestic terrorist though. It seems more in line with Reverend Jesse Jackson's morality, to give him a chance for a lifetime sentence in a hospital brigg/prison that can attempt an implantable, GPS-tracking, nanochip, database-linked/updated, lithium device in his forearms. Bipolar disorder and combat-related PTSD in an elderly, Vietnam Veteran is not uncommon or unbelievable to me. I disagree with a death penalty in this circumstance, although I strongly consider him to be a domestic terrorist for murdering that deputy.
