White House Fences Not Effective Enough

The problem with an electric fence is that those terrorists may have explosives that are unstable and/or radioactive in that high-risk area. The only thing that seems safe for the President is to have 15,000 live, CIA bomb squads, 24/7, and robotic ones that look like real people, walking varying breeds of friendly-looking, Great Dane/large dogs, within a mile of the White House, everyday of the year.

***It's also past time to install low-growing, drought-resistant, evergreen, living rooftop , Japanese gardens on 20 square miles of D.C. near the White House, with security cameras and more sensitive radioactive sensors. This will improve the gothic, corrupt, and physically eerie image of D.C., rife with alleged/convicted/ registered sex offenders who need to all be extradited to U.S. military tribunals, with death penalties, if they live/come within 5,000 miles of the White House.***

***They're going to need to pay the recently laid off, four Secret Service officials, at least $20 million U.S.D. each, for early retirement, and to sign documents preventing any lawsuits, press interviews, book deals for the smearing campaign by the Congressional review boards. The media leaks from the White House has permanently impacted their professional standing, which relies heavily upon an ethical public image, a solid, social standing within the community, psychological health, and traumatized their loved ones.***

***The American public needs to trust that our own President and his powerful counterparts in the world wouldn't abuse Secret Service for terrorism threats beyond their funding capability to control. The Colombian scandal, was a completely different matter than this recent episode of brutal backstabbing, to streamline the security budget.***

***Along with bioterrorist threats, those found within a 10,000 mile radius of the White House who collected/gathered in the underground sewage tunnels from year 2001 to present, are dirty bomb threats who will all require a death penalty, via U.S. military tribunal.***

***New underground escape tunnels, bunkers, for withstanding Ebola outbreaks, the impact of a dozen, hijacked, 747 commercial airplanes, and nuclear bombs should be built for the First and Second Families, along with the Secretary of State, John Kerry and his family. There should be at least three Ebola, nuclear bomb hospitals, underground, each with a 10,000 person capacity. The 15,000 CIA bomb squads can all live there, for free, to help reduce/afford all of their salaries. It's going to cost $150k/CIA bomb squad engineer, along with their benefits package. They're nuclear warfare trained.***
