Please eradicate all of Riker's prison population. At least 95% of these prisoners need life sentences, or death penalties via U.S. military tribunals. They are radicalized and continually gang-raping the other prisoners. The guards will need to be retinally scanned, and comprehensively drug-tested every single month. Also, the serial rapists who are guards there will require a team of 10,000 African-American, feminist, U.S. Special Forces from poor, to be taken to U.S. military tribunals with death penalties.
