Please get all the impoverished, battered, minority, pregnant teenagers/preteens/tweens in Baltimore, Maryland free annual passes for themselves and their immediate families, to all of these attractions. They are most likely severely traumatized, from all the rioting and gang wars.

The equally traumatised, female, minority police can be part of the civic group, with the local, single, minority, mothers from the PTAs, that brings them there every weekend. In this manner, we can strengthen our community police programs for all the local poor mothers, in the civilian and local law enforcement communities. They will all need free rent for three years, in safer neighborhood, e.g. Rockville, Maryland also.
