The U.S. military recruits who couldn't, or didn't finish boot camp for any reason, will all need to be screened, and followed up, so that they are provided with free retinal scanning, HIV, Hepatitis C, and drug-testing. Hopefully, the N.A.A.C.P. can be in charge of this, so that the African-American female demographic can have a more fair opportunity for internships, even unpaid ones with the U.S. federal and state government.

They do need the resume-building, professional work experience, and many are interested in serving our country. Hopefully, they can get WIC, EBT, priority for battered shelters, homeless shelters, free, public transportation annual passes, low-income housing, affordable healthcare benefits packages for themselves, any GLBT partners, their elderly grandparents, and their children under age 21.
