There's not a single place that is humane and safe for most African-Americans. I am hoping that 95% of law enforcement in Atlanta, Georgia can become African-American, feminist, females, from poor. The only way for this to occur is by a 25 billion U.S.D. civil rights, class-action lawsuits against the federal government and a 5 billion U.S.D. one against the state government in Atlanta, Georgia.
