Obama Proposes Free Community College

I love this proposal, but only for our underprivileged (I.E.P., low-income, disabled, E.S.L., Delayed Entry Program/military) high school graduates who pass legitimate drug-testing, once per month. Also, the states should consider covering high school-level, AP course exam fees, via reimbursement, if they score at least a three on the exams, for those same underprivileged categories, with the same drug-testing requirements.

The community colleges don't even require legitimate drug-testing once per month, for their faculty, assistant teaching staff, nursing, or physician assistant program enrollees. Funding and training bioterrorist and corporate espionage spies has continually occurred, as a result of this Obama Administration. This proposal needs to be directed and revised by Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand of New York, who has been critical in the war against terrorism and corporate espionage.

***A U.S. President who's rumored to have a drinking problem cannot happen again. Presidents George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Obama have all been rumored to have disabling, alcohol-addiction issues. Senator Gillibrand doesn't have that challenge/disability.***
