I certainly hope that a fine, collectible French wine tasting bar & store, a local art gallery, a day spa, an international farmer's market co-op and an antique Belgian lace, fabric shop will be possible in Ferguson, Missouri. Ferguson has a need to celebrate its disenfranchised, European and Mediterranean heritage also. As a real estate investment, the entire St. Louis metropolitan area has the largest ratio of universities, especially Catholic ones in our nation.

Ferguson needs to triple (RTD Call & Ride) public transportation and create ten, year-round, I.B. boarding schools, with British English, Mandarin Chinese, bilingual language immersion, for real estate investment from China's wealthiest venture capitalists. Each school should have a ten students to one teacher ratio. Each teacher should be armed, trained for six months in law enforcement security, by U.S. Special Forces, and have a U.S. military background. Also, each school should have a 1,000 student capacity and be single-gender with uniform requirements for both staff, and students.
