To A.C.L.U., N.A.A.C.P., Ms., Lillith Feminist Magazine Executives, & Asian Pacific Development Center, Denver:

All of Eiber Elementary School, Lakewood, Colorado, ESL, WIC/EBT, IEP students and their families, including all elderly grandparents must be brought to the the Jeffco Action Center and be put into the Pathways, longer-term assistance programs, with bilingual translators available. The Asian Pacific Development Center in Denver has to be approved for $10 million U.S.D./year, from federal funding for their own version of the Jeffco Action Center's Pathways program, in case of any racial discrimination, or religious, cultural dietary/ethnic food considerations. Many Asian-American infants, children and elderly can't digest lactose, causing failure to thrive/malnutrition on the standard, WIC food security programs.
