To Project Angelheart, & ACLU: Austin, Indiana Fundraiser Needed For Homeless HIV Patients

http://m.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-32178448

Austin, Indiana has 80 HIV-positive patients. The governor has declared a state of emergency there. I fully support HIV, Hepatitis C free testing, once per month for the prisoners, juvenile delinquents, and ex-convicted demographic in their entire state. Perhaps Project Angelheart can have a new, Marriott Hotel built, to shelter the HIV patients, any GLBT loved ones, and their families there.

I know this needs to be addressed with clean needle distribution, free latex condoms, and also the new, clean, crack pipes. It should be done with feminist, GLBT-friendly, D.E.A. supervision though. The problem in Indiana is not just both crack and heroin addiction. Human-trafficking is difficult to prevent, especially in smaller towns, where there are very few law enforcement stations.
