Hopefully, all the people associated with the Amtrak driver are retinally-scanned and comprehensively drug-tested by three independent laboratories, approved by the D.E.A. S.O.D. This will help further the investigation, and provides the United Nations with a clearer understanding of what occurred. Without actually having exterior camera footages, that could measure speed during the hour before, and during the crash time, it's going to be challenging for the investigators.

All the rescuers' DNA, hand prints, foot prints, shoe/boot prints and gait analysis will hopefully be put into an Oracle investigational database, with their retinal scans. If the rescuers,' press, victims' families can submit signed, notarized, videotaped affadavits (with retinal scanning), to the U.S. Navy Yard in D.C. that would empower the U.S. military, so they could help prevent terrorism.
