The Alpha Macaques & Neanderthal Rapists' Vs. Real Men:

http://touch.latimes.com/#section/-1/article/p2p-80312944/

To visit the Vietnam War Memorial as a teenager, one of my fondest memories was discussing the KIA, MIA soldiers with the impoverished, often-huge, U.S. Marines' charity organizers. Even though I was a female, I actually wanted to be a Marine, because of them.

Although, at the time, I also strongly wanted to go into the Peace Corps, I felt a stronger sense of duty to support the U.S. military. How naively I feel now, because I thought they were all like those D.C. marines.

It turned out that they were not all like them, and I refer specifically to the strange, bar-brawling ones who needed to pick a fight with the Navy sailors on base, and around the base. I was shocked by the animosity, considering how the veteran Marines from the Vietnam War Memorial were different.

I've looked it up and beyond the swastika-tattooed sailors, there was an age group associated with more volatility, including phyical violence. Maybe, males in the 17 to 25 age group are not ready to handle conflicts appropriately.

The social dynamics of dysfunctional male cliques are very different from females' also. It's really closer to a gang dynamic, with the same territorial issues. The herd mentality can be leveraged in a positive manner, but it depends upon the male leadership.

For females in this dyfunctional dynamic, there is a definite difference in gender styles of communication. First of all, yesterday's PBS show on wild animals, following the PBS News Hour showed a group of baby macaques that had to be subservient, fearful, teeth-chatterers, if visually challenged by the alpha male. Females must be the alpha also, in the U.S. military, but how, you might wonder?

Maybe you're 17, or 18. Maybe you're impressed because they gather so many in their packs, male underlings, beta males to fawn over them. Those alphas are truly pathetic. What every British headmaster would want, is the best course of action for these "Alpha" Neanderthals. Don't be overly impressed, because in the long run, they are truly nothing compared to the Living Embodiment of Hindu Shiva Goddess, "Judge Judy."
