Updated: To All U.S. Combat Veterans: Why Not Go To Class-Action Lawsuit?

I think it best that the Amtrak engineers are U.S. military veterans, with at least eight years of Middle Eastern, combat experience. Considering possible hijacking risks of all trains in the U.S., the combat veterans, who are U.S. Navy Chief ranks are more appropriate. I know this isn't financially feasible, but consider how they have been vetted out, trained to prevent nuclear bomb attacks, and are seasoned enough to withstand Omar the Chechen's category.
If U.S. Special Forces' veterans are not affordable, the Top Secret, U.S. Marines at E-7 level, retinally scanned before each shift, and armed are best. If 90% of Amtrak engineers are in this category, the tracks will become well-maintained, and all surrounding, above-ground power lines will become safely redundant, and buried with counter-terrorism surveillance. GPS nano-nodes will be able to provide more accurate speeds, directional movements, weight loads, wind directions, indoor, safe, air quality levels, outdoor, safe air quality levels, etc.
