The survivors need emergency, medical treatments, including rehabilitation, and grueling, reconstructive, plastic surgeries for at least five years. Hopefully, the U.S. will be able to fly a team of 10,000 Doctors Without Borders into Manila immediately, supervised by 5,000 of the United Nations' medical doctors.

That area is quite terrorism-prone and many of the Manilan residents have never had regular medical care, including safe/appropriate, prenatal care. There are also so many children there who are pregnant preteens, due to being repeatedly molested, and human trafficked. Please, don't trust the terrorists I've reported on my blog.
