https://www.questia.com/library/journal/1G1-202701631/understanding-the-new-generation-what-the-millennial

What do Millennial graduates want in a job:

Here are some guesses:

-Free wardrobe allowance (no uniforms), dry cleaners, laundering services picked up and delivered to their home weekly.

-A licensed, daycare facility assigned nearby their work, covered by the employer, with a more hippie, interfaith agnostic/Unitarian Universalist, Montessori approach (for newborns up to age seven), 365 days availability, 24/7 hour schedules for shift, evening workers, reusable nappies welcomed

-A scholarship in the amount of $50,000 and remote/flex worker scheduling

-Free, public transportation passes (for the year)

-More casual dress, business environment (similar to Honolulu, Hawaii)

-A Toyota Prius

-Millennials need high-technology environments.

-They're larger than the Baby Boomers and have been called "Trophy Kids" for some reason.
