Is it illegal to not have faith in either political party, GOP or Democrats? Maybe it's best if I choose another party then.

I wonder how some people don't believe in any legitimate, civilian gun control? Why not require a legitimate, clean drug test, three times per year, free, for all licensed gun owners? Who actually needs drug addicts to have weapons? Obviously too many regulations will punish the poor Appalachians, but some type of nationwide, ten-year, criminal background check would be best for the general public. Apparently, people truly can buy black-market weapons easily. If too many regulations occur, then it may actually lead to larger black-market weapons running. I read about how a large percentage of Virginia's weapons, due to lax gun control laws there have ended up in the U.S. black market. All the metropolitan drive-by shootings seem to involve gangs/drug cartels with actual weapons.
